How Our Service Works
HookMyTrade acts as a bridge between TradingView and Binance:
- 1.You create trading alerts on TradingView (a separate platform)
- 2.You configure those alerts to send webhooks to our automation service
- 3.You provide us with limited-permission API keys from your Binance account (Read + Trade only, NO withdrawals)
- 4.When TradingView sends a webhook, we execute the trade on Binance using your API keys
- 5.Your funds never leave Binance - we only execute trades, we cannot withdraw
Data Transparency
❌ We NEVER Collect:
- • Exchange passwords or login credentials
- • OTPs (One-Time Passwords) or 2FA codes
- • Private keys or seed phrases
- • Withdrawal permissions on API keys
- • Banking information or credit card details
- • Social security numbers or government IDs
✅ We Only Collect:
- • Email address (for account access)
- • Binance API keys (encrypted, limited permissions)
- • Trade execution logs (for your records)
- • Webhook configuration data
- • Basic usage analytics
API Permission Model
When you connect your Binance account, you generate API keys directly on Binance (not on our platform). You have full control over what permissions these keys have.
Required Permissions:
- ✓ Read - To check account balance and open positions
- ✓ Trade - To execute buy/sell orders
Permissions We NEVER Request:
- ✗ Withdraw - We cannot move funds out of your account
- ✗ Transfer - We cannot transfer between sub-accounts
